For customers who have created an account prior to September 4th, 2024:
We've recently migrated our shop to a new platform and we will need you to reactivate your account to log in.
We sent an account reactivation email in September of 2024 with instructions on how to activate your account on our new website. Without following the instructions of this email, you will not be able to log into your account.

Please make sure you’ve created your account, received an account activation email from us, and then clicked on "Activate Account" to log in to the site.
