How do I make a return?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping fees, with a $7.95 return shipping fee deducted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Tried-on panties cannot be returned. Refunds issued in 7-14 days after inspection. Final sale items are non-returnable.

To return a non-Final Sale item purchased from CupidIntimates.com for a refund, please follow these steps:

Once you've logged into and opened your account, view your orders and click on the order you'd like to submit the return for
Click "Request return"
If your order has more than one item, select which item(s) you'd like to return (note: if an item is not eligible for a return [see above policies], it will not be selectable)
Select a reason for the return and leave a note for the store (optional)
Click "Request return"

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please follow these directions.

Your refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $7.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. You can expect your refund in 7-14 business days after your package is received and inspected at our warehouse. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
