When will I get my refund?Updated a month ago

You can expect your refund in 7-14 business days after your package is received and inspected at our warehouse. Your refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $7.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
